Parents as Partners

At Cygnets Nursery we believe that we can best meet the needs of individual children by working closely with parents/carers.

We aim to develop partnerships between parents/carers and staff which are based on mutual trust and respect and which promote the sharing of information and knowledge for the benefit of the children in our care.

On entry to the nursery your child will be allocated a Key Carer who will liaise with you about your child's progress and keep you up-to-date with how your child has been during their day and who will take a special responsibility for your child.
